Hello and welcome to Love
Buzzards dot com.
We've been pecking at this
for awhile now. With help from a bunch of
damned fine musicians and music devotees our modest little blues jam
has fledged into something to really be proud of. We hope
you'll land here from time to time to find out about who's been
flyin' with the Buzzards.
Major props to Chippewa Club
owners Rob & Shari Edwards,
whose vision and hard work have been central
to making all this possible. Not only did they create a fine
venue, they're constantly making improvements on the joint. Dig it:
there's first-rate house PA and lighting, closed-circuit TV with
audio and video recording, and live webcasts to the Chippewa Club website. Video
downloads will be available there soon, too. Pretty
cool. |
Some
of you may know that in another life I'm an aspiring record mogul. I'm
pleased to let y'all know that with the help of Rob, Shari, my
Love Buzzard brethren, and others too numerous to mention, the
UpStreme
Artists
recording studio is nearing completion. Look for all-original CDs
from the Love Buzzards, the Bear Creek
Band,
Sam Hill and
the Hicks
and more, coming whenever the hell we can get 'em done, on the
UpStreme Artists label.
