    About the Love Buzzards

The Love Buzzards first took flight when old friends and veteran music bidness ninjas Tim Caswell, Danny Callan, Texas Kevin Hardage and Uncle Richie Sickels hatched up the grand notion of hosting a monthly open-mic blues jam at Shari's Chippewa Club in Durand, Wisconsin.    The idea took off in a big way and now the Buzzards are testing their wings, gigging together whenever busy schedules will permit. Texas & Tim are a two-man guitar army while Danny holds the middle ground on organ and key bass and Richie lays down a mess of big fat drum grooves. They can all sing, they can all play, and they all have a damned good time.    With the band causing a bit of a flap, the Love Buzzards figured an original CD might really get people squawking so they decided to make one. Look for it in the Spring on the UpStreme Artists label. We'll keep you posted on the progress right here.
